About this Event:
Suicide Prevention 101, formerly known as 'Gatekeeper', is a 2 to 2.5 hour virtual training, using data specific to Northern Nevada. This training increases one's knowledge and understanding of suicide, to recognize warning signs, to identify risk and protective factors, and to increase willingness and ability to intervene with a person at risk for suicide. It will provide insight for interacting with survivors and identify referral resources.
When registering for this class please ensure you are able to attend, and do not register for multiple classes at the same time.
